What we collect
Email address, reservation status, optional name and survey answers, referral source, cookie preferences, and an optional public-display consent. Card numbers never touch our servers. Stripe takes them, then sends us a checkout receipt and your billing country.
Reservation records are kept while a related security, communications, tax, or dispute record needs to be maintained. Marketing opt-ins stay until you unsubscribe. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless a required operational or legal record must be retained.
Reservation terms
Reservations are free. We use them to save your seat on the Founding 100 list. When Kickstarter checkout opens we will email you so you can pledge there. You can remove your reservation any time by emailing [email protected].
When the terms on this page change, the change is dated above and visible to everyone. We will not narrow rights you already exercised without notice.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, get a copy, fix something wrong, delete your reservation, or stop hearing from us. Email [email protected] from the address you reserved with and we will respond within 45 days. We never charge a fee or ask for a password.
We do not sell your personal information. If you opt in to analytics or advertising cookies, third-party providers may receive identifiers, and you can turn that off any time via Manage cookies in the footer. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we honour the same controls for everyone else.
Age
ScentPlanet is not directed to people under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a guardian discovers that a minor has reserved, write to the team and we will erase the record.
